These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of WISSEN ("we", "us", or "our"), including our website, applications, and related services (collectively, the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

1. Eligibility

5. AI features

AI-generated summaries, chat responses, and similar outputs may be inaccurate or incomplete. They are provided for informational purposes only and are not professional advice. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before relying on them.

6. Subscriptions and credits

Some features are subject to plan limits (storage, AI credits, sharing). Pricing and limits are described in the app. We may change plans or limits with reasonable notice where required by law.

Our collection and use of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to those practices.

8. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

9. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WISSEN AND ITS AFFILIATES WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

We may update these Terms from time to time. If changes are material, we will provide notice (for example, in the app or by email). Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
